When your fees are different in amount to those above given to multiple tenants cost for additional summons and/or service of process, or due to other applicable factors regarding your case, the required amount for payment will be provided to you. REGARDING: Service of Process
Process Server Fees are per Tenant (cost varies: Can be Private Process Server when allowed or Sheriff).

The Process Service Fees, when different in amount to those above posted, will be adjusted to to the client’s account.

COMMUNICATION:
You will receive by e-mail or fax the Retainer Agreement for legal services to be completed by you and faxed back to ATTORNEYS FOR COURT. Upon agreement acceptance by Client and our staff Attorney, ATTORNEYS FOR COURT will, upon full payment made thereto of all applicable fees and costs, process your eviction case.

Also take notice that every eviction case is different and you have not retained an Attorney until you receive the Retainer Agreement signed by the Attorney from ATTORNEYS FOR COURT which is usually within 24-48 hours, unless declined.
