COSTS ADDITIONAL TO ATTORNEY'S FEES: In an uncontested non government subsidized residential eviction for possession only after your 3 day notice posting, action costs are additional to the $195 flat attorney's fees. Those costs are generally as follows: 1) the cost of county Court filing of the case (counties generally charge $185, charges may vary by county), and 2) cost of
county Court issuance of the summons in the name of the Tenant ($10 per
Tenant), 3) the cost of service of process for the summons and complaint on the
Tenant (generally vary $40 to $50 per Tenant). Sometimes the Tenant has to be
removed by the Sheriff. Sheriff's Fee for serving the Writ of Possession and Removal
of Tenant. Payable to the Sheriff (cost varies by County; generally $90.
