All fees for residential evictions for non-payment of rents by Tenant are due in advance.

 

FOR POSSESSION ONLY:

WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE

Payment for Attorney’s Fees in the amount of $195 is due with STEP 1. Payment for other Costs/Fees are due at Step 3, see below.

Sheriff's Fee for serving the Writ of Possession and Removal of Tenant. Payable to the Sheriff
