All fees for residential evictions for non-payment of rents by Tenant are due in advance.

WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE
Payment for Attorney’s Fees in the amount of $195 is due with STEP 1. Payment for other Costs/Fees are due at Step 3, see below.
